Shane Budd is the managing partner of My-Accountants offering annual financial statements, tax services, payroll and management reporting. My-Accountants has developed relationships with associates that specialise in secretarial, bookkeeping contract law, labour law, audit associates and tax specialist matters.

Shane commits to bring financial and commercial insight to any small to medium business enterprise (SME) through his previous career experience in a variety of sectors including corporate and merchant banking, information technology, media, and business process outsourcing.

Shane has performed various finance roles as a business analysis, financial manager, general management as well as a Finance director at EXCO C-suite level for ABSA Corporate Merchant Bank, Reuters, Merchants (Dimension Data), Webhelp SA and Temenos Banking Software ERP.

Shane is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (South Africa) for over 20 years and completed the public practice audit exam with IRBA.

To complement these memberships, he has completed preparation for Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Practitioner in Change Management (ADKAR/PROSCI)

The Rivers Foundation was established in 2006 with a heart to help people. It was registered with the specific aim of addressing the unique challenges faced by the children, youth, unemployed and unskilled individuals in South African communities. All donations received are used to help our many beneficiaries – nothing goes towards operational costs.
